Stylin Snowfolk & Challenge

I made this card for a special friend in mind and I really like how it turned out. The challenge at Scrapzee this week was to use the starburst affect well as I was trying to come up with something I didn't like how it was coming out so decided to just line up the strips.  I also used a new embossing folder from SU that will be in the spring mini if you click on the image you might be able to get a better view.
