I made this as a Thank You gift for a very sweet lady that works at the high school my youngest son attended - two years ago. She still calls from time to time to see how he's doing. My DH delivered it to her this morning on his way to work. He was so impressed that I was able to whip this up so fast. I made it last night in under 1/2 hr. The tag is from a swap, it's not signed so I can't give credit where credit is due :)
