I made this tag for this weeks challenge at Simon Says Wednesday Challenge the challenge is to make a tag or a tag to add to a card.
Here is my tag the cute owl is a svg file I used my Silhouette to print and cut I added Wink of Stella on his balloon, hat and belly I embossed the tag with my Distressed Dots em folder from SU the balloons are from a 1" circle punch and the tail of the balloons were made using the tiny star punch (Thank you Gayle for this neat idea).
