To make this tag I used the Prima Doll Party Girl I stamped her using a tag from Julie Nutting Tag Pad I used DSP from Carolyn Gavin to piece her dress and also on the presents. I used a punch from MS to punch out the flowers and to finish if off I used Stella's glitter pen on her top, bottom of her dress and on the balloon.
