I really like how my card came out I finally used the On Film Frameflits Dies to cut out the frame I stamp the bear from the SU Beary Best stamp set on watercolor paper and colored it in with my distressed makers. For the background I randomly stamped the birthday hat from the same set.
Added the Build A Bear to the gift bag.
Since I had the stamp set out I decided to make another card.
