All Dressed Up!

This is my entry for this weeks challenge at ScrapZee Community Forum the challenge was to make a step card. Splitcoaststampers has tutorials for three type of step cards they have a Side step, Center step or a Circular Side step card.  I made a center step using the All Dressed Up die and the Hey There Friend stamp from My Pumpkin Kit.
